error creating a window :could not get EGL display #185

hi,

I have retropie on a raspberry pi 3 & i compiled mkxp on pixel desktop but when i launch it I get the message: Error creating a window : Could not get EGL display.

what can i do to solve this please

This is not something I can reasonably debug; please try another modern SDL2 app (preferably one that uses OpenGL) and see if that one works.
