Not Registered with a company

Hello, I have a Tyco Alarm setup in my house. It was installed by a friend who is retired from the business and I don't know if it registered in the Connect.tycomonitor.com. I have the app from the apple store and it work remote perfectly, but when I follow the instructions here and restart the HA I get the following issues:

Is there a way to fix/bypass it?

Seems that the username or password is incorrect, can you doublecheck it?

Thank you for taking the time to reply, I appreciate it. I'm pretty sure that the credentials are correct, but I will double check it and I'll bother you again if it doesn't work. thanks again.

I finally fix it! thank you. But it only work on Disarm and Away, the Stay (I guess the home icon) is not working
