Speak toolbar disappears in Full screen. #1635

When entering full screen the speak toolbar disappears. You can tell speak is active because the windows toolbar is moved up. See screenshot below: Screenshot_20210825-110145_Bible Study

I think this is intended, but is it bad?

Maybe not bad but weird. Maybe the window buttons reveal button should be moved down and when it is clicked to show the window buttons it also shows the speak toolbar (if it was previously visible)
