Missing content in Gill commentary #2166

I can not find a source for the text yet... but there seems to be a good MyBible module. I see a few formatting things that need to be fixed and a certain type of link, but I'm guessing that would be quite trivial.

  1. Gill always quotes a part of the verse, and then the commentary. The part that is quoted is in bold, but the MyBible module does not show bold in AndBible. It does show bold in MyBible app
  2. There's a type of link [See comments on Jon 1:2] (this is in Jonah 3:2). Those links don't do anything. In MyBible they open the commentary at that verse
