Unwanted font size scaling #2613

First noticable when the text grows big and does not fit in viewing area when you move the boundary. V4.0.651.

Video actions:

  1. first shows font size, each Bible frame is 11.
  2. Seems to be triggered when you resize a frame to when it might need to shrink the text.
  3. Then you restart the program.
  4. Horizontal scroll ability means frame's canvas is larger than frame (wider and taller, the blue corners move too).
  5. Resizing wider boosts text size above settings and canvas enlarges further.

On occasions text can get ridiculously big but not this time.

When the rediculously big thing happens, the noise gets big too which reminds me of the effect of the solution I found for #2906 where the noise went small. So in the current issue it is somehow not honouring the android preference and so it may not be your issue unless a workaround can be found.
