Make option to disable smooth scrolling / animations

Hello team, Thank you for your time and many efforts this is a very useful & nice app!

As I intentinally turned off any menu animation and any smooth scrolling (@developer's options), pls. render it possible to deactivate this as option.

Especially when using windows and fast scrolling the depending windows follow very slowly coasting till stop, what delays significantly - it was earlier not like this!

I would appreciate an update in this regard. Thx.

I have a long list of labels - when i add a new one and assign it I think it scrolled for a second or two to get to the top and show me the label. I liked how it worked but it was possibly too slow. Eitherway,

I suggest we delay this one to after v3.4 release

I wonder if this is generally useful for any other users but e-ink users. Then it would be enabled by toggling #1126 option.

Since this seems to be the issue thread for performance, I would like to float another option to add, I have already been told 'no', but I have found a bigger issue. I have an Android 5 phone and the app says 58 is old, need webview 83. The 684 production version works well enough for study, but the beta 735 has white area for each frame, no Bible text. For the option, could the earlier display method be used if the user elects to use it? Otherwise, when you do completely migrate ahead, could you nominate an earlier version to suggest on the 'too old' message?

5.0 uses some js feature that is not available in 58. Version 83 should work. Moreover, Android 5 is not any more supported in Play releases.
