Book name is very small #900

Since I use it for a hearing and vision impaired person, I have a special request. The background color and bold font is fine for the text, but the book name is very small. Is it possible to display the source contents in the first line using the same color and font preference. Check out Irlens Syndrome on the web. Your app is the best. Thank you.

I wonder if we are talking about menu bar font size?
