Implement the app insert view

• Create a simple and ugly interface to write cards and tags, closes #11 and close #14
• Card is implement with a text area so it closes #16
• Have a working submit button #17

Implement a local storage #19

• It creates the tables #22
• There are endpoints to insert the content closes #19

Problem fixing

• it fixed #21 , now the device is selected before running the emulator
