This pull request manage Table creation and insertions of local storage #19.

It closed #33 The problem was a bit tricky, since where caused by two errors:
1. DropTables function #19(see previous commit) only deleted tagTable
2. During debugin we plotted tags before calling it executeSQL written order.

So the effect was, in each iteration tagTable content were cleared and shown the table before having written there.
