added 1.19.3 support #63

I've added 1.19.3 support to the plugin and it seems to work fine image

I also want to thank you because now that I've tried to update your plugin, I've finally understood how to use remapped NMS jar 😅 (well, I use Gradle most of the time anyways so it idk if it'll be really useful, but it's cool to know anyways =))

could you please provide the jar? I don't want to build every supported spigot version look on spigot version 2.2.8 https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/custom-images.53036/updates
