Motion Correction using Python #1

Hi,

I was interested in using this for HR-pQCT data, do you happen to have an example on how to use this using Python?

Thanks, Matthias

Hi @wallematthias! Unfortunately this is relatively primitive code (compared to the current state of Tigre) that I have not updated in over 5 years. That means, for example, that it does not have a python version, only matlab. So unfortunately it will likely take a decent effort to get this running with real data and modern Tigre. If you still are interested, drop me an email and I can explain with more detail what is missing and what would need to be done for your application.

i am using the Tigre but i am new with motion Tigre. Do we have to put the motion Tigre folder in the main Tigre folder or separate. I have checked all the Mex files in the correct folder for Motion Tigre but still there is a MeX error in motion Tigre. Therefore, I wouldn't be able to compile the program.

Error using mex C:\TIGRE-master\TIGRE-master\MATLAB\Motion_Source\AxM.cpp not detected; check that you are in the correct current folder, and check the spelling of 'C:\TIGRE-master\TIGRE-master\MATLAB\Motion_Source\AxM.cpp'.
