Hi Anders, this is an awesome plugin, with improving function compared to "cell counters". But there is one issue that when I can successfully load the previous counts file (.csv), I can also save the counts as usual. But if I change the “Overlay size”, either bigger or smaller than 50, I can no longer do the "Save counts". I've try to download a new Fiji, and place the two .jars into Plugin file folder, it happened again.
I used win 10 and the error messages were as follows:
