Before releasing 0.4.0, I would like to do the following:

Get code coverage up a bit by testing debug implementations somehow (or at least investigate it).
Cleanup all the lints that are popping up all over the place.
Simplify Walker construction so that it all uses WalkerBuilder (or perhaps switch to a setter pattern instead?).

All that's left is the Walker construction. Given that Walker is internal, I may decide to skip this part and publish regardless.
