Since I'm not proficient in LaTeX beforehand. I must really research on the topic. And make a valid decision on whether or not it's worth taking all the time it takes to be proficient in LaTeX enough to write a thesis paper in it.

This issue also covers setting up the "skeleton" of the paper. With the necessary layout, front page, technicalities, etc..
