Fixes #67.

This PR also adds package-lock.json, as a best practice recommended in the latest versions of npm.

just bumping the dependency won't work...please take a look into the changelogs of v8 ..

Not sure what you mean - I bumped the dependency on my system, and nodemcu-tool terminal worked just fine.
