Currently there are some helper functions to make raylib more usable in the code, but they are scattered throughout the code base. These functions should be gathered into only a few files so that they are easier to keep track of and maintain.
Move rl_<InputDevice>ToCode() and rl_CodeTo<InputDevice>() into helper file
Move the constants used by the above functions into the helper file
Move the contents of raylib_cpp_helpers into the file
