Request: Auto sync over wifi only #678

I like to have auto sync refresh a few times a day, but not at the expense of my data pack. So I would love it if there were an option to only sync over wifi.

BTW I would have the auto refresh on start up also be disabled when the 'wifi only' option is enabled.

Sorry, looks like I won't have time for it after all. Not soon anyway.
