Work with servos in TeleOp #17

I started this, but we need to be able to move the foundation in TeleOp (assuming we use our Baby Yoda chassis).

The main issue (which of course we need to test) I'm looking into is how to actually stop them from moving... currently checking last year's code & online tutorials for reference.
