My only idea is to update the list manually by clicking on the arrows icon. Does the directory contain symbolic links on other folders or files?
It's displaying the root directory of a web server, so by all accounts it should be full of files. I'll try some other servers and see if it's just this particular server.
I can confirm this bug. But it seems to be a bug of php: php.net. I added a workaround. This works for me. Test the latest version. I hope this solves your issue too.
Does it work?
I haven't had any luck with it, no.
Okay, I have currently no idea. I will try to find a solution. Could you say me how many files and directories are in the root directory?
Do you know if your php server runs in safe mode? This can cause some trouble.
Hello Andreas! I'm with the same question. I ask the php.ini for the host to see configs. Thank you
It just was a default restriction in the host.
Thanks for your answer, @trst: could you please test this too?

I'm having trouble getting your plugin properly setup. I'm sure it's just user error on my part, but when I connect to an FTP server I can't display the directory contents.
This is what I see:
Any thoughts?
