This PR adds a notification so that user knows that some required fields are empty.

In the login page user does not get any feedback on why the login button is not doing anything.
The issue is we are only submitting the form when all the inputs are filled.
If the user only fills 1 or 2 inputs and then tries to submit the form there is no feedback on why the form is not submitting.
