No install instructions or .exe? #25

Basically the title. None of the links in the author.txt are useful or relevant. YouTube video didn't load, hell nothing on that page loads; so weird. Looked up instructions on YouTube and the video shows there being an .exe which isn't included in this.

Figured it out. I assumed the latest version would be what the page was, not something hidden away in the description...
