Flash HTTP Dynamic Streaming #136

The BBC live streams and at least 1 video I have come across on 4od have 
recently switched to using Flash HTTP Dynamic Streams which I don't believe are 
currently playable in OV.

I appreciate that adding support would be difficult but just a heads up that 
more and more sites are probably going to start switching to this streaming 
method.
