MP4 streams will not play off youtube #81

Any time I attempt to play an MP4 stream off of youtube, it starts to buffer, 
and then when it gets to 2 or 3 percent, it comes up with a message that says 
"unable to play stream."  This has persisted across several updates of 
mediaportal.  It plays FLV streams just fine, but I can't get a single MP4 
stream to play.  

I am running version .28 of the plugin, and MP version 1.1.3 with Maya skin.

This is a codec issues. Please post problems like this in the forum and not as 
issue here!
