Added preheat binary sensor for ovens #218

Preheat status for ovens.

I found it helpful for doing notifications through the speakers of my house to know when the oven has stopped preheating, as the chime of the oven is very quiet.

Is my first addition to this repo, I didn't test it as I don't know how, but I think I did it correctly.

I found the way to test it (I think, I'm modifying the files internally in my HA instance) and it wasn't working, and although I managed to get it working, I don't like it as a binary sensor, I think it would be better as a regular sensor, but I'm having trouble to get it to work (I think due to the translations), sorry for the confusion.

I'm closing the PR and next time I'll open it when its really ready, again, sorry for the PR.
