Call to action: Image/SVG and other contributions #1

My goal is it to continue and update the former discordia wiki (The unofficial discord wiki) with the latest info there is to know about.

But for that will I require a lot of help from people.

Simply speaking, every page you can find in the discordia wiki repo (Source) should be updated with the latest info and if possible, latest assets too (i.e. latest badges available).

If you can, create a new issue with the page that would be updated and provide the necessary info. If you can, provide also a complete timeline of all the changes that happened in relation to this page's info.

Once the wiki is in a ready state will I implement the info (Or you'll be able to PR your changes...)
