Let's consume some covid data

and build some visuals using open source tools, the idea is to get the COVID data using Python/Notebooks to explore, build some visualizations using some d3 libraries, like vega-lite and/or recharts. At the end of the day, you can use any library that has some integration or way of rendering in javascript.
