Readme: Be more specific about relative_files setting #10

This might not be obvious to everyone (and it's currently more than easy to overlook this short line and run into the "no git repo" error -- that's what happened to me).

But this is just a suggestion.

Btw, if it's a requirement, couldn't this setting also be set by the action itself?
