This PR rewrites the cocktail view and selection. Closes #119

There is now a list with pictures and according names and a dedicated single view with picture and cocktail information.
In addition, the search option was moved to an own tab.
All default cocktails got a default picture
Interface option to change and customize picture
Added logic and database column to define preparation order for ingredients
Added UI elements for the according definition
Code and performance improvements
