This PR does

Improved the teams integration into CocktailBerry
- Better and unified setup
- improved documentation
- More possibilities inside CocktailBerry
Refill prompt: If bottles tab is not locked, you can now refill bottles directly, when the message occurs
Improved the default message when bottle is empty
Internal cleanups
Bumped dashboard dependencies
