This PR adds and enforces some additional linting rules from Ruff and replaces pylint entirely in the pipeline. Bumps dependencies to latest version to make dependabot happy.

Improve the installer script, adds an application + icon to the user desktop at installation, so you can also start CocktailBerry over this icon.
