Clean up for CRAN submission

Address notes:

• [x] Specified C++11: please drop specification unless essential (edit Makevars)

• [ ] Non-standard file/directory found at top level: 'codemeta.json'

• [x] setup.projDat: no visible global function definition for 'as' (as dgT or dgC method depricated, switch to fmesher call)

• [x] Found if() conditions comparing class() to string: File 'clustTMB/R/clustTMB.R': if ((class(spatial.list$loc) != "SpatialPoints") & (class(spatial.list$loc) != "SpatialPointsDataFrame")) Use inherits() (or maybe is()) instead.

• [x] update spellcheck WORDLIST

• [x] run usethis::use_release_issue()
