On the All Tags page, I think a search thing would be cool. It could try to offer you suggestions like this:
And it could have the number of times that tag has been used on the list too. And when you click one it would take you to its tag overview page.
This is because I find myself using ctrl+F a lot on the All Tags page, because the sections at the top (Hot, Recently Created, etc.) don't have links to tag overviews on them.
