Wanted: "Last seen" on profiles

Options:

• Don't show when I last logged in (default)
• Show when I last logged in ("within the last week", or "x weeks ago")
• Show when I last logged in ("x hours/days/weeks ago")

This has been partially added - there's now an opt-in checkbox on the settings page to let you show when you were last seen on your profile.

Here's the current status:

• Don't show when I last logged in (default) - done
• Show when I last logged in ("within the last week", or "x weeks ago")
• Show when I last logged in ("x hours/days/weeks ago") - done

However, we've recently closed https://github.com/AndreaUnlimited/starfriends/issues/71 "filter inactive users", which means everyone has an indication on their profile and on the Matches tab of whether they're considered active or inactive by the site. This shows people that you're active without disclosing when you last logged in.

This means that Vague Last Seen is probably a lot less urgent, but we haven't yet decided to scrap it completely, and we are open to persuasion in either direction.
