Ability to tag people in the whitelist? #84

I am thinking it might be good, when our whitelists are getting long and unwieldy, to have a way to filter within our whitelists meaningfully. Tags could work?

I'd tag people with things like... AFK friends, best people, people I've met in person through starfriends, people I'd like to meet in person through starfriends, people I met and don't want to meet again, etc.

We'd like to do this, but in a way that does not encourage people to label each other!
