[Bug]: issue with spinner #146

Is there an existing issue for this?

[X] I have searched the existing issues

Describe the bug

within some commands the spinner is acting weird. E.g. the block carret is removed afterwards and the terminal settings are weird.

Expected Behavior

the terminal settings are the same after using the cli

Current Behavior

the terminal settings changes

Steps To Reproduce

e.g. with go-gitmoji-cli hooks init

Possible Solution

remove spinner
