Configure firebase hosting

• one project per environment: dev, test, production Create branches
• master for released code
• release for test / staging
• dev as the main development branch Set up CI workflow:
• build
• run tests
• if on release branch, then deploy to staging, and wait for approval to deploy to production
• display build status in github readme?
