character encoding for NetBeans IDE #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. importing files with NetBeans (7.0.1)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Character write an accent like (á,é,í,ó,ú,ã,õ,ç...) its displayed as 
rectangles

Problem solved.

Go to in NetBeans: project>properties, in encoding choose "windows-1252"
Just this.
