Duplicating tags after resaving ticket via telegram web #91

If resave the ticket via Telegram Web without changes, tags is duplicated, except the last tag. Tags that were duplicated are activated. Duplicate tags can only be deleted in telegram web.

For example, if a ticket is postponed, after resaving it becomes non-postponed, even after delete duplicate tags.

Fixed the issue with "no break space" character in ticket text, regular spaces was replaced with it on firefox for some reason.
