Faction Change Buttons #150

The faction change button icons are currently place-holders. A few new icons will be added in the future.

Faction change caused by the "Develop Teuton Civilization" and writing upgrades has been disabled, and replaced with the faction change buttons. Some are still missing, and will be added soon.
