Buildings>General: Resources stating X to copper ratio #179

Added the value ("converted to copper at a [x]00% ratio") to each of the mines descriptions for use in the encyclopedia.

This should make it easier for new players to better understand the different types of resources.

Thank you! This should indeed help new players get a better idea of how the resource conversions work. I added your name to the scripting credits.

Based on this, I made some further changes: I added a "Notes" field for unit types, in order to separate gameplay notes for them from their in-universe descriptions, and then I moved the conversion rate information to that field.
