I'm thinking each player that makes it is assigned a division and they play against someone else within that division. Then the winners of that play based on their picks in einstien.
This needs some serious thinking. Maybe we do a "Champ's special" event
I've got an idea: Reward the users who have teams already going to champs by allowing them to keep them. Any team not going to champs is dropped. As soon as week 6 is locked, picking up and the free agent list are locked also. Thus, users are rewarded for having teams that made it to champs. To balance the scales though, we hold a second draft of just the teams going to champs. In this draft, users are only allowed to draft (max teams - current roster size) worth of teams
A detailed analysis of exploitation strategies is necessary to solve this
For example, after week five users are incentivized to drop all of their bench teams and pick up as many teams going to champs as possible
A way to solve that last one would be to prevent a team from being picked up after it has played in all of its regional/district events
So far everything has been focused on the standard season. Champs are like the super bowl, a must include for release.
