Fix league leaving scenarios #50

Right now this is awful. A person that leaves a league will basically crash everything.

Does our current code allow leaving before the draft has begun? Rather, does it handle it well?

It does! So all we have to do is change the leaving warning and take away the ability to do so after the draft has begun
