spearmaster should be able to meow if he is holding a spear

the meow sounds like harmonic metal scratching

😭 its supposed to be a whistle sound bc of the tail holes since thats how he canonically speaks

that sounds more reasonable and i didnt know spear already had a meow in the mod but harmonic metal scratching is really funny so i keep by my suggestion (optional like rivulet)
