[Improvement] Cache past posts #1

Will need this to help elevate server strain when tons of people are using the bot to search for old news posts.

In order to make this happen, going to need to get a well put together archive of most Galnet posts in a suitable format, to help start out the cache.

In addition to this, not required, but I'm thinking about including the posts from 3300.

Since I removed the features that would search extensively into past posts, I'm closing this.
