Hey there, I think I can help if you haven't already solved this. While the slicer is powered on, press and hold the pedal down until the CHECK light flashes. The TEMPO knob then becomes the LEVEL knob. adjust as needed. Press and hold the pedal again to return to normal functions. Done!

thanks for the tip but the setting can't be saved, but it's useful to figure out the global volume level with this function then save it in the patch with the editor andrew hill created
thanks for creating the interface to edit the SL2 patches. i am new to editing these patches and working out how to use the SL2 in an instrument level rig line for guitar.
would you have any tips on how to edit a patches volume levels so i can make it sit in the instrument level mix? right now, when i turn on the SL2 the signal drops about -6db
