[Suggestion] Update checker #2

Would be great idea to add in some form of update checker, then set it so it will send a chat message with a timer where it will save, shutdown, validate server files (steamcmd) then run the server again.

Not sure if theres a source to check current game updates, maybe some sort of steam stat page/API?
