Right now they're scattered in the main and sub directories and should be in one single subdirectory

put ROMOPOmics into vignettes folder but still need to put the demo Rmd etc. into vignettes, as well as combine with existing vignettes

shouuld make README as minimal as possible with installation, description, use case, etc. and then have larger ROMOPomics intro Rmd in vignettes
