remove tidyverse import #20

load individual tidyverse packages instead and use dplyr::function to explicitly call functions in R code

almost done just a few more functions related to geo processing

Should be done, so far things run alright but be on the lookout for dependencies I forgot to update.

I think I removed a lot but couldn’t hurt to keep the ol’ eyes peeled lol

Yeah, I say leave this open for a bit in case we need a reminder where issues may have cropped up.
