JSAV docs and comments #20

The new JSAV is now tagged as V2.0, but the code still says "V1.10.1". There is no documentation in the README.md file for the new features and there need to be demo index files that demonstrate these new features.

Can you elaborate. I'm not sure what you mean by 'the code says'? Have I missed something?

Comment in the header comment block at the top of JSAV.js says V1.10.1.

Obviously a trivial fix, but just important to point out that people need to track version numbers etc properly in the comments :)
