When you select a region for sorting, there is a line displayed above the icons saying
Region: positions nnn to nnn
However this is the positions within the alignment rather than the numbered positions at the top which is confusing. For example, if you sort on CDR-H2 (residues H50-H65) where you have some sequences having H52A present, then the range is displayed as 50 to 66 instead of 50 to 65.
